What It’s Got
The first thing that we were intrigued about with the Auromere Ayurvedic Mouthwash was what was in it. There’s a pretty long list of ingredients that go into making this stuff and all of them are natural and organically based. The folks at Auromere include 23 different botanical extracts and nine essential oils when they put together this oral rinse. These ingredients are all based off of the recommendations of Ayurvedic specialists on ingredients that have astringent, cleansing properties. Sound pretty awesome. The result is an incredibly natural mouthwash that helps to freshen your breath and keep your teeth and gums clean and healthy.
What It Doesn’t Got
If you’re looking around for a natural mouthwash, it’s likely that you’re a bit more interested in what it doesn’t have as opposed to what it does. Below is a list of the stuff you won’t find in Auromere’s Ayurvedic Mouthwash:
- No Saccharine or Artificial Sweeteners
- No Propylene Glycol or Artificial Preservatives
- Cruelty-free & Vegan
That’s a pretty spiffy collection of elements left out of this mouthwash. If you’re worried about ingesting certain chemicals during your oral care routine, there’s a good chance that this herbal mouthwash has left them out.
The Other Stuff
So how does it work? Pretty well in our opinion. This oral rinse comes in a recyclable, tamper proof bottle with a green cap for measuring the amount you want to use. Unfortunately, the cap itself is a bit hard and difficult to pour into, so instead I just poured it into my mouth like a barbarian. It worked though. You’ll immediately notice how there is absolutely no burning whatsoever. It was actually a bit weird to be honest. I’ve always used some form of alcoholic mouthwash where the burning just comes with the territory. I was a bit confused (but also delighted) when I used this and there was absolutely no burning.
The next thing you’ll notice is the taste. This oral rinse isn’t your typical mint mouthwash that blasts you with an overpowering flavor at all. To be honest, the first few times I used it I wasn’t a fan of the flavor at all – it tastes quite a bit like licorice, which I’m not the biggest fan of. After about three or four days of use I began to appreciate the fact that I wasn’t being fooled by any artificial flavors at all. What I tasted was what I got, and that was a completely natural mouthwash experience. You’ll really begin to enjoy tasting something that is actually natural as opposed to tasting this façade of mint.
Finally, if you’re caring for anyone who has a tendency to swallow their mouthwash or toothpaste, this is a great option for you. I would encourage you to be drinking this mouthwash, but it’s certainly a mouthwash you can swallow, so if there’s an accident you don’t need to call poison control.
Auromere’s Natural Mouthwash Wrap Up
We really liked this oral rinse. It’s rap sheet is pretty sparse, and in this case that’s a pretty good thing. This natural dentist mouthwash is made entirely from natural, organic ingredients and leaves out a lot of the stuff that some people are pretty against. Your mouth will feel fantastic afterwards and you don’t have to deal with any artificial flavors.
